My visit to the national museum of manila was really an experience that is worth sharing. This place gave me a chance to discover the deep cultural heritage of my own country, the Philippines. As I enter the museum I immediately noticed the enticing blend of the historical and contemporary features of the museum. The place was spacious and each room is solely based on the purpose of exposing the different history of the Filipino's.

As I explore the depths of national Museum of Anthropology, I was amazed by the artifacts that highlights the diverse indigenous culture of the Philippines. The woven textiles, the traditional jewelry, clothes, the burial coffins and human bones that showcased the rich cultural practices of different ethnics groups across the country. one the most intriguing displays in the museum was the traditional clothing's evolution. It was surely a humbling experience, having to see the preserved history and traditions that was passed to many centuries.

My favorite from my visit in this museum is the exhibit at National museum of Natural history.  There was a lot of engaging things to do inside which made me want to go back and experience it again.

I was particularly amazed by the different portrayals of wild life such as the well-known Philippine eagle, monkeys, butterflies and other animals that I've never even heard of before. My personal favorite was the skeleton of Lolong at one of the rooms, which came from a big crocodile that could probably be  size of 5 humans or more. The captivating beauty of the Philippine's animal history was brought back to life by this amazing displays. There was also a room full of meteors in the place, it was full of meteors discovered through decades which you can experience and examine in just one place.

Before I ended my day, I sat on one of the benches at the large open field within the vicinity of the place. I couldn't help but think and reflect about the rich history, art and culture of my own country. The experience both educational and inspiring.
